1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly (such as name, email, and country) when you register an account, as well as on-chain data such as wallet addresses and transaction details related to $ITW purchases.

2. How we use your information

Data is used to operate the presale, track purchases and rewards, prevent abuse, and improve the platform. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics and reporting.

3. Cookies & local storage

The application may use cookies and local storage to remember your session, preferences, and wallet connections. You can clear this data in your browser settings, but doing so may log you out or require reconnection of your wallet.

7. Presale Stages & Structure

The $ITW presale operates in three distinct stages with progressive pricing:

• Presale Stage: $0 - $500,000 target (0.00002 SOL per ITW token). This stage offers the best pricing with a 50% bonus compared to public launch.
• Early Bird Stage: $500,000 - $1,500,000 target (0.00005 SOL per ITW token). This stage offers a 30% bonus compared to public launch.
• Public Launch Stage: $1,500,000+ target (0.0001 SOL per ITW token). Market price with no bonus.

Stages automatically transition when funding targets are met. The total presale fundraising goal is 105 SOL (approximately $15,750 at current SOL prices, subject to market fluctuations).

8. Token Generation Event (TGE) & Conditions

The Token Generation Event (TGE) will only occur if the presale reaches 100% of its total fundraising goal (105 SOL). This means:

• Tokens will be distributed to all presale participants only after the full 105 SOL target is reached.
• If the presale does not reach 100% completion, the TGE will not occur, and all participants will be eligible for refunds as described in Section 9.
• Token distribution timing and method will be communicated through official ItalWindows channels once the 100% goal is achieved.

4. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal data. Service providers (such as hosting, analytics, or compliance tools) may process limited data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

5. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for securing your wallet credentials and recovery phrase.

6. Your rights & contact

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain data. For any privacy-related questions, please contact us via the official ItalWindows communication channels.

9. Refund Policy

If the total presale fundraising goal (100% of 105 SOL) is not reached by the presale end date (February 14, 2026), all participants will be eligible for a full refund of their investment:

• Refunds will be processed in the same currency used for the original purchase (SOL).
• Refund processing will begin within 30 days after the presale end date if the 100% goal is not met.
• Refunds will be sent to the wallet address used for the original purchase.
• No fees will be deducted from refunds - participants will receive 100% of their original investment amount.
• If the 100% goal is reached, no refunds will be available as the TGE will proceed.

10. Referral Program

The referral program allows participants to earn rewards by inviting others to participate in the presale:

• Referral Reward: Referrers earn a fixed reward of 2,500 ITW tokens for each confirmed referral. This is a static amount per referral, regardless of the purchase amount made by the referred user.
• Verification Requirement: To prevent abuse and bot activity, all referred users must hold ITW tokens in their wallet to be verified as valid referrals. Referrals without ITW token holdings will not be counted, and no referral reward will be awarded.
• Referral Code: Each participant receives a unique referral code generated from their wallet address. This code can be shared with others via a referral link.
• Referral Tracking: Referrals are tracked on-chain and linked to wallet addresses. The referral relationship is established when a new user makes their first purchase using a referral link.
• Referral Rewards Distribution: Referral rewards are credited to the referrer's account after the referred user makes a purchase and holds ITW tokens in their wallet. Referrers must claim their rewards through the challenges system. Each confirmed referral earns exactly 2,500 ITW tokens. Referral rewards are subject to the same TGE conditions as purchased tokens.
• Self-Referral Prevention: Users cannot refer themselves. Attempts to use one's own referral code will be automatically detected and rejected.
